For now, you're welcome to browse the catalog, join the waitlist, or list your own toys to earn tokens and get early access.How do I borrow a toy (when it opens)?
Click on any toy listing and fill out the request form linked there. We'll confirm availability and coordinate pickup or delivery with you.How long can I borrow a toy?
Each borrow lasts 14 days. Need more time? Just contact us to request an extension.Is it really free?
Yes — borrowing is powered by Tinkku Tokens, not money! You can earn tokens by listing toys, referring friends, or helping out. Spend tokens to borrow — no cash needed.💰 TOKENS & COSTSDo I need to pay to borrow a toy?
Toys can be borrowed using Tinkku Tokens. If you don’t have enough:
- Earn more by listing your own toys
- Or request to purchase tokens by filling up the borrow request form (we’ll send payment details after along with the confirmation email)Can I buy tokens?
Yes! Token bundles available:
• 5 tokens for $10.50
• 15 tokens for $26
• 30 tokens for $46*includes small processing feeCan I lend toys too?
Absolutely! Earn tokens by listing your own toys for others to borrow. It’s a great way to reduce clutter, support the community, and borrow for free.🧼 TOY CARE & RESPONSIBILITYWhat are the expectations for care?
Please treat borrowed toys like your own:
- Wipe clean before returning
- Keep all parts in the original bag or box
- Let us know if something breaks or is missingWhat if something is lost or broken?
Life happens! If a toy or piece goes missing, you’ll have 7 days to try to return it. If not, you may be asked to:
- Replace the toy
- Offer a similar one (with approval)
- Or cover its valueWhat is Peace of Play insurance?
Accidents happen—and that's okay!
For just $3, you can add Peace of Play insurance to your borrow request. It covers accidental damage up to $40 total per borrow session.
That means if a toy breaks during normal play, you won’t be asked to replace it or lose any tokens.
You’re only responsible for the difference if your borrowed toys are worth more than $40.❌ What does it NOT cover?
Peace of Play doesn't cover:
- Toys that are lost or never returned
- Clear neglect or misuse (e.g. drawn on, soaked, chewed)
- Intentional damage
In these cases, we’ll ask you to replace the toy and may deduct 10 tokens as a community accountability reminder.How do I add Peace of Play?
Just check the box when filling out the borrow request form! We'll handle the rest and confirm your insurance in the email.🚗 PICKUP & DELIVERYHow do pickup, drop-off, or delivery work?
- Each listing includes a pickup location. Pickup & return are borrower's responsibility.
- You can coordinate porch pickup or drop-off with the toy owner
- Or opt for Tinkku delivery for added convenienceWant delivery instead?
We offer affordable delivery:
$5 one-way within 7 miles of Mueller, Austin (4550 Mueller Blvd)
+$1 per mile beyond that
+$3 OR 2 Tinkku Tokens per additional pickup/ drop-off stop within 7 miles of Mueller

📦 All deliveries are scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
